Order Processing

All Cloud State items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production before shipping.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when eligibility is met.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can assist.

Cloud State is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, Cloud State ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
