Because all Cloud State items are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail.

Please read carefully before purchasing.


Made-to-Order Items

Each Cloud State product is printed and fulfilled specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference for a different color or style

We recommend reviewing size charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out, and we’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
